One of my favorite things about living in Celebration is how close we are to Disney. Seriously World Drive connects right to the exit of our town and then all roads lead to Disney! Magic Kingdom is without a doubt both mine and the boys favorite park. It truly is one of the most magic filled places on Earth, and a day there is sure to bring your family memories you’ll cherish for years to come.
While it’s important to dress casually and comfortable for a long day of walking/riding/eating and waiting, I really think it’s also important to wear something you’ll LOVE looking at in family pictures for years to come. While I love a good DisneyBound, my main Bound character is always Minnie Mouse. It’s so easy to get a good MinnieStyle outfit put together for a day at any park by just adding a coordinating pair of ears to any outfit you plan on wearing. For me I LOVE that Minnie is always donning cute skirts and dresses in really fun feminine fabrics or colors.
To get in the Valentine’s Day spirit I paired an adorable striped cotton sweater that’s embellished with silver hearts with my blue asymmetrical wrap skirt. This was such a fun Minnie-inspired look as she’s always wearing fun sweaters and prints to match her holidays! I added a Mint Kate Spade bag to compliment the deep navy’s in the outfit, this color is such a great color for spring and I love that it’s made of Saffiano leather- something that’s being phased out in several designer bags and can be more difficult to find in the coming year. It’s the perfect size to fit everything I need for a day at Magic Kingdom & looks dainty and magical all on it’s own.
While my Minnie Ear collection grows more and more with each trip to Disney, I picked up these silver ones because they’re a great “neutral” ear color! LOL They go with EVERYTHING and add just the right amount of magical sparkle to any outfit you might wear to the parks!
I also wore these navy suede Star sneakers, they are a Golden Goose dupe that I managed to find under $25! They are super comfortable and it doesn’t hurt that they look like a $400 designer shoe for less than 1/10 of the price! The star on the side is so cute and reminds me of all the magic in Disney so they’re a great Disney shoe! Something cute and comfortable but not too basic! <3
What do you like to wear to the Parks? Have you ever been to Disney? Planning a trip down here soon? Let me know in the comments!
