Since we’re almost a full week into October, I wanted to take some time to round-up and link some of my favorite IG looks from the month of September. With James’ birthday, a few events, a hurricane and a weekend away, our month was packed full of fun and great fashion.
For starters, I’ll never get tired of wearing this Pumpkin Spice Everything tank top. It’s an amazing addition to my closet this season at only $15! Pumpkin Spice is bae ya’ll and Sept-Jan you will find me being exclusive AF with this scent and flavor.
Going along with the screen tee game, I really LOVE this sweater from Customized Girl. I made it to say All I Ever Wanted was the World and it’s awesome for wearing on days when you need to be reminded of the queen you really are. Paired with white jeans and embroidered mules, this outfit is perfect for a casual day out.
Since a hurricane stopped me from attending NYFW, I busted out this Blair Waldorf preppy styled outfit for a nice lunch out with one of my girlfriends. I love a long suiting vest and pairing it with a simple crisp white button down and asymmetrical skirt was just the fashion forward flair I have been wanting to add to my outfits. September was the month of mules really and I have basically been wearing these rose gold mirrored mules for the entire month.
Another outfit feat the amazing rose gold slides was this killer casual look with a dark lip. I love this oversized lace-up tee so much. It was actually long enough on me to wear as a tee shirt dress with bicycle shorts underneath. A little scandalous but SO comfortable it was worth showing some skin for. Since I’m in the fall spirit, but FL weather isn’t, adding my jacket over my outfit instead of wearing it is a great way to accessorize and complete the look without adding extra heat to a look.
For a date night look (and also another Fashion Week look that was planned but not worn in New York) this plaid cold shoulder dress from Francesca’s was absolutely adorable. I love the way this fits so perfectly. Francesca’s is an awesome unique store that doesn’t always carry an abundance of certain items, so this dress felt really one of a kind. While it isn’t available online, I’ve linked some similar ones for you.
Last but certainly not least for my favs in September was this cute little Minnie Mouse Inspired look. This is a super cute and comfortable outfit for a day at the park or just a day date. A polka dot top and this amazing stretch-waist black chiffon skirt with pockets from Target’s new line A New Day look so perfect together! Adding a great Kate Spade bag and floppy hat to finish off the look made this outfit super flirty and feminine.
Which was your favorite in September? I’m really excited about some of the great fall looks I have planned for October and praying for some cooler weather down here so I can break out some more sweaters ASAP.
